This policy describes how Space&Miller LLC, operating the AI for Yachting brand and the aiforyachting.com website ("we," "us," "our"), collects, uses, and protects information when you use aiforyachting.com. Please read it carefully.

Who We Are

AI for Yachting is a brand of Space&Miller LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. Space&Miller LLC is the contracting party and data controller for purposes of this policy.

What We Collect and Why

Contact and inquiry data

When you submit our contact form or otherwise reach out to us, we collect the following, on the lawful basis of taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract and, where applicable, your consent:

  • Your name
  • Your email address
  • Your company name
  • Your website address (if provided)
  • Your phone number (if provided)
  • The content of your message

We use this information solely to respond to your inquiry, to communicate with you about a potential engagement, and to keep a record of our correspondence.

Consultation scheduling data

If you book a consultation, scheduling is handled by Calendly. Calendly collects the information you enter when booking, which typically includes your name, email address, and any details you choose to provide, together with your selected time. That information is governed by Calendly's own privacy policy in addition to this one.

Analytics data

We may use analytics tools to understand how visitors interact with aiforyachting.com. Where we do, this data is collected on the basis of your consent and may include:

  • Pages visited and session duration
  • Device type, browser, and operating system
  • Approximate geographic location (country and region, not street address)
  • Click events, scroll depth, and navigation patterns

Analytics tools may set cookies on your device. You may opt out at any time by emailing hello@aiforyachting.com or by using a browser extension that blocks tracking scripts.

Email communications

If you provide your email address, we will use it to respond to your inquiry and to communicate with you about your request. We may also send you information about our services on the basis of your consent. You may unsubscribe from any marketing email at any time using the link in that email.

How We Process Your Data

Service providers (data processors)

We share your data only with the following processors, each under contractual data protection obligations:

  • Vercel, website hosting and content delivery. US-based.
  • Resend, transactional email; delivers your inquiry to our team and sends your submission confirmation. US-based.
  • Calendly, consultation scheduling; processes the information you provide when booking a call. US-based.
  • PostHog, product analytics, where enabled and with your consent.

Where we use AI tools in the course of our work, we build only on US-based AI models operated by US-based providers, including Anthropic (Claude) and NVIDIA. Your data is not processed by foreign AI models.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties and do not share it for advertising purposes.

International Data Transfers

Space&Miller LLC is a US company and our primary data processing infrastructure is located in the United States. If you access aiforyachting.com from outside the US, your data will be transferred to and processed in the US. We take steps to ensure that international transfers occur under appropriate safeguards, including through contracts with our data processors that incorporate standard data protection clauses.

Cookies and Analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies for essential site functionality (such as session management and routing) and, where enabled and with your consent, product analytics. Frameworks We Address

We address the requirements of and honor the rights granted by the following frameworks where applicable to you: the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR); the California Consumer Privacy Act and California Privacy Rights Act (CCPA/CPRA); the Florida Digital Bill of Rights (FDBR); and the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act (TDPSA).

How to Exercise Your Rights

Email hello@aiforyachting.com with a description of your request. We will respond within 30 days. We may need to verify your identity before processing certain requests.

Data Retention

We retain the information you submit for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry, to manage our relationship with you, and to meet our legal obligations. You may request deletion at any time as described above. Anonymous, aggregated analytics data may be retained for longer periods in aggregate form.

Children

aiforyachting.com is not directed to individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such data, please contact us so we can delete it promptly.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or applicable law. If we make material changes, we will update the "last updated" date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
